Job Title: Part-Time Nanny for 7-Month-Old in West End of Glasgow
Location: West End, Glasgow
Start Date: Beginning of June
Schedule: Tuesday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (3 days a week)
About the Family:
A warm and welcoming family are looking for a reliable and caring part-time nanny to help care for their 7-month-old baby in their home in the West End of Glasgow. Their little one is healthy, active, and has no allergies. They also have a medium-sized dog, so the ideal candidate should be comfortable around dogs and enjoy the company of pets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care and attend to the baby’s needs (feeding, changing, naps, etc.).
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities to stimulate the baby’s development and creativity.
• Organise outings and walks (weather permitting) to local parks or attractions.
• Assist with light household tasks, such as tidying up after activities and meals, and general housekeeping.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for the baby at all times.
• Ensure that the baby’s well-being and comfort are the top priority throughout the day.
Requirements:
• Fun, caring, and active personality who enjoys working with babies.
• Comfortable with a medium-sized dog in the household.
• Previous experience in childcare, particularly with babies, is preferred.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible.
• Ability to safely navigate one flight of stairs to the flat.
• Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
