We are looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team and make a positive impact on the children in our care.

    Job Description:
    As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) guidelines. You will support children in their learning and development, ensuring they receive a positive experience in a nurturing environment. The role involves working closely with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to create the best possible outcomes for each child.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Provide a safe, stimulating, and caring environment for children.
    Plan and implement activities based on the children’s interests and developmental stages.
    Support children in their emotional and social development.
    Observe and record children’s progress and achievements.
    Work as part of a team to maintain high standards of care.
    Communicate effectively with parents and carers.
    Adhere to all safeguarding and health & safety guidelines.

    Requirements:
    Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
    Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting.
    Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
    Passion for working with children and helping them develop.
    Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
    A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
