To join Tinies Flex, you must: Be over 21 years old if unqualified Hold a full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate Have at least one consecutive year of professional childcare experience Possess childcare qualifications at Level 2 or Level 3 (not required if you meet the other listed requirements) Hold a current Enhanced DBS check (we can assist with obtaining one) Demonstrate a dependable and diligent work ethic Show a genuine passion for early years, nursery, and nanny care Have strong communication skills and be adaptable in new environments
