This nursery in CM13 are looking for a Senior Early Years Educator / Room Leader to join our team. This role is full time, Monday - Friday with a salary up to £14.76 dependent on qualifications and experience!

What we need from you-
A full and relevant Level 3 or above qualification within early years
Proven experience working as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner)
Demonstrable leadership experience (within Early Years)
Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
Excellent communication skills with both children and adults
Reflecting the values around responsibility, openness and working together
Your duties include-
Provide high-quality care and supervision for children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Lead and support your team, setting a positive example and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Identify areas for improvement in learning and teaching techniques, implementing best practices.
Create and enhance stimulating experiences and environments to support children's development.
Promote inclusivity, ensuring the individual needs of all children in your room are met.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including observations, assessments, and reports.
Conduct regular team appraisals, offering support, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
Work closely with other Room Leaders and the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery.
