This nursery in CM13 are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 or above qualified , Early Years Educator / Practitioner to join their team. This role is a full time , Monday - Friday role offereing a salary up to £13.53 depending on experience and qualification.

What we need from you-
A full and relevant Level 2 or above qualification within early years.
Experience as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner) or having worked with children under the age of 5, is advantageous
Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS is desirable

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including observations, assessments, and reports.
Conduct regular team appraisals, offering support and guidance for professional growth.
Collaborate with other Room Leaders and the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery.
