This roles is Full-time, Monday – Friday (40 hours per week) with a salary up to £40,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience)

What we need from you-
- A full and relevant Early Years Education qualification Level 3 or above or equivalent
- Experience in a managerial role including nursery administration or similar
- A strong knowledge and understanding EYFS framework
- Reflecting the Storal values around responsibility, openness and working together and experienced in providing staff training and support
- Demonstrable leadership qualities (ideally within Early Years)
- Excellent communication skills with both children and adults
Your duties will include-
- Support the nursery management team to ensure the setting has the right staff, culture, policies, and resources for high-quality childcare and early years education.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance learning, teaching techniques, and stimulating environments for children and educators.
- Promote inclusivity, ensuring the individual needs of every child are met and a supportive atmosphere is maintained.
- Lead, motivate, and inspire the team to deliver high-quality teaching under the EYFS framework.
- Ensure all children are safe, engaged, and experiencing rich, stimulating learning opportunities.
- Manage staffing ratios through effective rota planning and workforce management.
- Support recruitment efforts by attracting and onboarding new team members.
- Provide ongoing professional development and training opportunities for educators.
- Deputise for the Nursery Manager in their absence, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
