  • Practitioners – Brentwood Site (CM13)

    Are you passionate about working with children and looking to join a supportive and dynamic team? We’re currently hiring two Practitioners to join our team at our Brentwood site!

    Position: Practitioner
    Location: Brentwood (CM13 2DP)
    Hours: 4-day working week, 7:30am – 6:30pm

    Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner:
    Provide high-quality care and education to children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
    Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development.
    Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, and share these with parents and colleagues.
    Foster positive relationships with children, helping them to feel safe, secure, and supported in their learning.
    Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development through engaging and stimulating activities.
    Work collaboratively with other practitioners and contribute to a positive team environment.
    Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment at all times.
    Help implement and follow nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding protocols.

    What We’re Looking For:
    Ideally, Level 3 qualified, but we will consider Level 2 candidates with relevant experience.
    A passion for childcare and a caring, enthusiastic approach.
    A commitment to delivering excellent care and supporting children in their development.
