We are working with a wrap around club manager to join this club. This role is 12-6pm Monday -Friday with flexibility in the school holidays to work 8-2pm .
The role will include you working at the wrap around club and lead and support the staff tea, Club hours are 230pm -6pm
Main tasks of the role are:
-To oversee the collection of the children and take into the club
-Plan and organize activities for the children and keep records of planning
-Ensue all paper work is completed
-To make sure all policies and procedures are followed
-To lead weekly team meetings
For this role you need :
-A level 3 or above childcare qualification or play work qualification
-Have a strong background of working with children.
-To be willing to complete company training
-To be able to model good practice
-To love working with children
-To be able to organise and be involved in the activities with the children
-To be able to lead, motivate and support a team
