    The Role:

    Nursery Practitioners are key to the success of our exceptional nursery. In this role, you will focus on delivering outstanding care to the children, ensuring their individual needs are met in a group setting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Work collaboratively with a close-knit team in a child-focused environment, ensuring the children are cared for safely, lovingly, and in an engaging manner.

    Adhere to safeguarding guidelines and ensure the safety and well-being of all children.

    Communicate regularly with parents to update them on their child’s progress.

    Supervise children during play (both indoors and outdoors) and mealtimes to ensure safety and well-being.

    Enhance mealtime experiences by monitoring food and ensuring it adheres to food safety regulations.

    Plan and deliver engaging activities for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

    Take responsibility for a key worker group, communicating any relevant information with parents and colleagues.

    Maintain accurate children’s records, including observations and next steps.

    Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the room, toys, and equipment.

    What You'll Need to Succeed:

    A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care to children.

    A Level 3 or above early years qualification (required).

    A minimum of Grade C in GCSE Maths and English (required).

    Previous experience working with children aged 3 months to 5 years.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    A desire to learn, grow, and develop within your role.
