    Your Role Will Include:

    ? Partnering with the Nursery Manager – Co-lead the team, ensuring every colleague is engaged, supported, and delivering their best.

    ? Delivering high-quality early education – Support the implementation of an inspiring curriculum aligned with the EYFS.

    ? Ensuring smooth daily operations – Oversee team performance, ratios, rotas, and operational efficiency.

    What We’re Looking For:

    ? A passionate and experienced early years leader – Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Room Leader.

    ? Level 3 or above in Early Years – Essential for the role.

    ? Strong leadership and team management skills – Confident in mentoring, motivating, and guiding a team.

    ? Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities – Able to build positive relationships with colleagues and parents.

    ? Organised & proactive – Comfortable with nursery management software and operational planning.
